Send WhatsApp - Notiblast

Mengirim satu pesan WhatsApp dari template yang sudah disetujui Meta. Template kategori authentication butuh messaging limit Meta minimal 2.000 percakapan per 24 jam, lihat 5. Syarat Template Authentication.

Response 201 berarti pesan diantrekan, belum terkirim. Pantau statusnya lewat GET /v1/wa/messages.

Respons tidak memantulkan isi pesan: body dan params tidak ikut, pemanggil sudah memegang apa yang ia kirim.
